We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Magnet Scientist to lead the development and optimization of magnetic materials and technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Conduct research to develop new magnetic materials and improve existing ones, focusing on performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to test magnetic properties, analyze data, and interpret results to guide development processes.
- Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in magnet technology, contributing to the advancement of our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other scientists, to integrate magnetic materials into various applications.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all research activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in magnetics research and development, preferably in an industrial or academic setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in magnetic material synthesis, characterization techniques, and data analysis.
- Experience with magnetic simulation software and tools.
- Strong understanding of magnetization processes, hysteresis, and magnetic domains.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
