Sr. Controls Engineer
Job Overview

As a Sr. Controls Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced automation and control systems for our manufacturing facilities. You will ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operations of metallization and magnet production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for metallization and magnet lines.
  • Program and integrate automation equipment across facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for uptime and efficiency.
  • Implement advanced sensors, data collection, and process monitoring.
  • Collaborate with process and mechanical engineers on equipment design.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering.
  • 5+ years of industrial controls/automation experience.
  • Proficiency with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs and SCADA systems.
  • Experience in advanced manufacturing or metals preferred.
