Rare earths are not rare – rare earth processing in North America is. While China controls roughly 90% of global rare earth processing and magnet production, REalloys is building the first fully integrated, multi-source midstream rare earth processing platform for both light and heavy rare earth at scale in North America. The company aggregates diverse feedstock sources – including mines, recycled magnets, e-waste, phosphors, and tailings – and integrates uranium/thorium removal, oxide production, metallization, and magnet manufacturing under one platform.

Unlike peers that remain tied to single deposits or long construction timelines, REalloys expects to begin producing NdPr, Dy, and Tb metals at scale in the first half of 2027- positioning it to become the largest producer of heavy rare earth oxides and metals outside China – and commission its magnet manufacturing pilot facility in the first half of 2027. Through strategic agreements, U.S.-based technology, non-China sourcing, and eligibility for key federal programs including Title III and IRA incentives, REalloys is establishing a secure, end-to-end supply chain for the materials that power every GPU, missile, aircraft, EV, wind turbine, and advanced technology system.
