As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will lead talent acquisition for top engineers, scientists, and manufacturing professionals in advanced materials and magnetics. You will develop strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
- Build pipelines of top talent through networking, sourcing, and outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, offers.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in advanced manufacturing or cleantech.
- Proven success hiring engineers, scientists, and operations leaders.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
