Job Overview
As Supply Chain Manager, you will build and optimize supply chains for rare earth inputs, metallization, and magnet production. You will secure reliable, cost-effective sourcing while ensuring compliance with U.S. defense and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop supply chain strategy for raw materials, equipment, and logistics.
- Establish supplier relationships and negotiate long-term agreements.
- Implement inventory control and demand forecasting systems.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure uninterrupted production flows.
Qualifications
- BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- 5+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally in metals/advanced materials.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
