FP and A Manager
Job Overview
As FP&A Manager, you will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budget planning and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Build detailed financial models for production ramp-up and capital projects.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for manufacturing and corporate performance.
- Support investor relations with financial insights and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 5+ years in FP&A, manufacturing finance, or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
