Job Overview
As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design, installation, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment for rare earth metallization and magnet manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and specify process and mechanical equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform stress, thermal, and fluid flow analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment integration.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD/FEA tools and mechanical system design.
- Experience with high-temperature, vacuum, or materials handling equipment.
